We're baaaaaaack! We missed you!
Your Election Night Fêtes
Too real, if you ask us. Election night will soon fall upon the city like a blanket of darkness. But that doesn't mean you should celebrate or grieve alone. Ripping off Inspired by SFBG's Election Night Parties, we present to you SFist's...election night parties. Ta-da. -- Gavin Newsom's (Victory) Party: Pros: at the Ferry Building, the thrill of victory, Gavin's form Cons: at some point you will be snubbed by someone in the society...

Bedlam at Milk Club: Migden Upstages Leno
Migden, Leno, Peskin, Daly, Herrera all were on the scene at one point or another, and tempers flared. Why? Because Carole Migden stole the show (along with a hefty endorsement) at last night's Harvey Milk Club meeting.
Your Mecke Photo Fix for the Day
Objectifying Gavin Newsom is dead. We've shifted our stalker gaze on Quintin Mecke, and so have many of SFist's more randy readers. Where does he stand on the issues? Who cares! (Well, actually, we do care. Excuse us for getting caught up in the moment.) People are begging for more shots of him. And so are we.
SFist Tonight
-- Chapel/Chapter: Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company's modern, intricate dance revue. Starts at 8 p.m. at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Forum; $38-50.
Match Game PM? Or SF Mayoral Debate?
Before last night's much more important Zombie Attack, there was some sort of mayoral debate at some bookish building. A debate consisting of Mayor Gavin Newsom, possible contender Quintin Mecke, and slew of other candidates who, more or less, sold their remaining integrity and ethics for a shot at "local personality" status. Well, congrats: you're all winners, then.

Gavin Continues His March To Victory: Tony Hall's Out
You think Gavin means it when he tells Ken Garcia that it's kind of freaking him out that no one's running against him? Well, there's one more down: ABC 7's Dan Noyes has the scoop that Tony Hall has dropped out of the race too.
The Latest Progressive Hope
Man, this dull-as-dishwater mayoral "race" is getting us in the blogging doldrums. Someone do something funny, quick!
