Police are looking for a man who allegedly raped a woman around noon on Tuesday at the Potrero Hill Housing Authority Development. According to reports, "Damir Shalako, 25, who has an 'SF' tattoo on his face along with others on his neck, was last seen shirtless, wearing only a pair of jeans, police said."
