According to reports, it seems the Toilet Torcher has struck again, this time at "3:50 on Sunday morning," setting ablaze a porta-potty at on the 2000 block of Broadway. Since November, portable toilets have fell victim to someone or some persons setting the plastic outhouses on fire. So far no one has been injured. [Inset poop joke here]
