The death of two horses found at a Solano County ranch last Saturday has been ruled accidental. It seems that they "died after they collided, breaking their spinal cords," and not because of any foul play. During a hot pursuit, two men in a stolen Saturn -- a Saturn?! -- went through a red light, crashing into another car and killing two men inside the latter automobile.
