After a fistfight on Sunday night at around 12:50 a.m, Frederick Marcelo was shot and killed in SOMA at Fifth and Clementina. According to SF fuzz talking head Sgt. Neville Gittens, the shooting took place after a physical fight between Marcelo and three other people.
