At around 10 p.m. on Wednesday, an Amtrak train traveling 15 to 20 mph collided with another train unloading passengers in Jack London Square at at Webster Street and Embarcadero. According to BCN (via SF Appeal), "Witnesses who stopped to view the wreckage that lay street said an elderly woman appeared to have broken her arm in the crash and that a young girl between 10 and 12 years old was also wounded." The driver of an adorable SUV crashed into a row of puny parked cars in the city's Russian Hill hood early this morning. According to reports, the big beauty was heading "down a steep hill on northbound Taylor Street" before rolling over and smashing into the vehicles. The mammoth vehicle finally came to a stop on Union Street. While specifics on injuries are not yet available, "[o]fficers and medical units responded" to the scene. Anybody see what went down?
