A man wielding a knife has apparently taken a customer hostage at a Wells Fargo Bank in Hayward this morning. "Police have closed traffic in the area near Wells Fargo Bank at 1172 A St., where the man took the person hostage about 11:30 a.m.," reports The Daily Review. We will update as soon as we know more.
