A man clings to life at San Francisco General Hospital this morning after having his throat cut several times over the weekend. "The victim, a man in his 20s, was found at Harrison and Fourth streets just after 2 a.m." on Sunday, reports BCN (via SF Appeal). Witnesses at the scene claim the suspect was "a black man in his 20s," who fled the scene.
