Natasha McJimsey, 22, was arrested outside her East Palo Alto home yesterday for the stabbing death of Kenneth Arthur Jr., San Francisco's first Habitat for Humanity recipients. Arthur, husband and father of three, was found dead at Thomas Avenue and Griffith Street, a few blocks away from his Bayview home.
