Dave Stockwell, forensic supervisor for the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office is the latest witness to testify in the ongoing preliminary hearings for the seven teen boys and men charged with the October 2009 gang rape at a Richmond High Homecoming dance. Stockwell's testimony included the results of his department's DNA testing which produced positive matches for four out of the seven defendants.

Gruesome Updates From the Richmond Gang Rape Trial: Victim Was Blacked Out the Whole Time
More details emerge each day as the men accused of gang-raping Jane Doe at that Richmond homecoming dance last year stand trial in a preliminary hearing in Contra Costa County. According to the testimony of one of two nurses who first examined the victim that night in October, 2009, the young woman blacked out after drinking brandy with a classmate and four men outside the dance, got dizzy, and fell down. She didn't come to until she was in the hospital with a tube down her throat. She was complaining of hurting all over, and according to Anamaree Rea, nurse and sexual assault response team member at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center, the victim was begging not to go back to "that school" -- possibly because she was still drunk and remembering being bored at the dance.
7th Richmond Gang Rape Suspect Turns Himself In
A seventh man turned himself in to Richmond police this week in the Richmond High School gang rape. During the October incident, if you recall, a 16-year-old girl was beaten and raped during a homecoming dance by 10 people over a two-and-a-half hour period while others looked on.

The brave kid who talked to news reporters and described to authorities the graphic scene of the homecoming dance gang rape in Richmond last month, has now gone missing. KCBS reports that Salvador Rodriguez Jr. has been missing since December 6th, and relatives reported that he'd been receiving threats on his life.
Richmond Gang Rape Suspects Plead Not Guilty
The men accused of beating and raping a Richmond High School student on school grounds during a homecoming dance have pleaded not guilty. The suspects -- Cody Smith, 15, and Ari Morales, 16; Marcelles Peter, 17; Manuel Ortega, 19, Jose Montano, 18, and Elvis Torrentes, 21 - have been charged with "a variety of crimes including an acting in concert charge that opens the door for a life sentence." In a case that's received national attention, anything less than life sentences for all of the suspects (if proven guilty) will be unacceptable.

Gang Rape Witness Describes Attack

Teens Charged As Adults In Richmond HS Gang Rape

Pigs Plead 'Not Guilty' in Richmond Gang Rape
Humberto Salvador, 31, Josue Gonzalez, 21 (at right), Darrell Hodges, 16, and an unidentified 15-year-old piece of prison meat all pleaded 'not guilty' in the vicious gang rape of a Richmond lesbian. The four are accused of kidnapping to commit a sex crime and a series of forcible rape, forcible sodomy and forcible oral copulation charges while acting in concert, according to reports. The 45-minute assault started when the victim got out of her car, which was adorned with a rainbow flag sticker. She was beaten, raped, taken to a second location, and left naked by the train tracks. Three of the suspects are scheduled to go back to court on March 5.
4 Arrests made In Richmond Lesbian Gang Rape Case
Four arrests were made this week after the brutal gang rape of a 28-year-old Richmond lesbian. Josue Gonzalez, 21, the pig at right, was arrested yesterday on a warrant for gang rape, kidnapping for a sex crime, and carjacking. Humberto Hernandez Salvador, 31, and two other teens (the 15- and 16-year-old creeps who went by "Paco" and "Blue) were arrested on Wednesday night for their involvement in last week's vicious hate crime.
