Keanu Reeves has been seen jumping off of downtown highrises, standing nonchalantly at the corner of Kearny and Jackson Streets, and, of course, dining at the now-famous "Keanu’s table" at Jackson Square's House of Nanking. And the Neo sightings continue to mount up as shooting for 'The Matrix 4' carries on throughout San Francisco this weekend and tomorrow.

The 55-year-old actor, producer, and musician was spotted last night — trailed by a small police escort — in the Financial District where he and fellow co-stars, one being Carrie-Anne Moss (Trinity), were witnessed filming scenes for 'The Matrix 4.' Twitter was aflutter with videos and images of the actor, many of which bottled his famous benevolent spirit; Reeves waved at passersby and, apparently, took selfies with a few, post-shooting.

Specifically, yesterday's social media-captured moments revealed Reeves's character, Neo, on the back of a dark-gray motorcycle as he and others traveled down the Financial District. Though, one Instagram user managed to snag a video of Reeves inside the Omni San Francisco Hotel, meandering along a hallway before descending down a staircase and into the main lobby.

If you missed your chance to see Reeves in the wild, don't fret. Filming is scheduled to continue on into tonight and early tomorrow morning. Below are filming locations and times, confirmed by ABC7:

Google+, the social network your one friend who happens to work at Google might kind of use sometimes, has a hot new recruiting plan. Skateboarders plus Mission District equals cool new residents of the pretty much failed digital state.

Purple Lamb Productions will be filming tomorrow, Wednesday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. And according to a tweet, expect skateboarders between 20th and 25th Street and Valencia to Harrison Streets. Snag some pictures and upload them to Google+, or you know, somewhere else.

Coit Tower tourists are out of luck again today from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. as Logan Media shoots a corporate commercial with a drone, closing the landmark and surrounding Pioneer Park. That's according to officials from the nonprofit Protect Coit Tower, who sound mighty peeved that the fire nozzle shaped landmark they've worked to protect and restore was rented from the Recreation and Park Department by a private company for a $1,500 shooting permit.

Logan Media officials explain that FAA rules require the public to stay at least 200 feet away from commercial filming drones. Logan frequently shoots high-end advertisements for high-end companies like BMW, Audi, and Marc Jacobs, so that could be what some of the fuss is about. Plus the drone thing: Most people don't really like them, do they?

“Coit Tower is a public space that belongs to all the people, and it diminishes this treasure to stop people from even seeing Coit Tower because a company wants to use a drone for its commercial,” said Jon Golinger of Protect Coit Tower. “Why is the Recreation and Park Department selling private access to this public treasure and preventing people who have traveled from around the world to visit from even taking a photograph of Coit Tower just because a corporation wants to use a drone for its commercial?”

No word on how the local wild parrots are dealing with all this, but if they're disturbed, expect a bloodcurdling public outcry.

A scene from the pilot of Alcatraz - being filmed on Filbert Street, between Hyde and Leavenworth today - will result in some street closures today and pseudo-gunfire.

Filming will start from noon to 7 p.m., but the streets will be shutdown for most of the day until 7 p.m.

The Examiner reports, "Scenes will be taking place in the street that will include simulated gunfire of three or four shots as police officers drive up to a house and are shot as they exit their car."

The JJ Abrams-helmed show will air on FOX in the fall season. Let's hope this one sticks. Alcatraz is one of several new shows being filmed in San Francisco in an effort to lure Hollywood back.
