Eastbound Geary Boulevard between 9th and 11th Avenues closed temporarily this morning after a vehicle-pedestrian collision. According to SF Appeal, "a 70 year old male was struck by a Toyota SUV at 10th Avenue and Geary at 7:56 AM. Muni Bus Lands in Bushes in Potrero Hill

Last night at around midnight a 19-Polk bus collided with a small pickup truck at 18th and DeHaro and ended up off the road in some bushes. The driver of the pickup truck was seriously injured, and six of the passengers aboard the bus were injured and hospitalized as well (two more passengers were injured but not hospitalized). According to a cop on the scene, it did not appear that either the bus or the pickup had come to a stop at the four-way stop-sign intersection. Muni and the SFPD will, obviously, be investigating. T-Third Collision at 3rd and 22nd Sends Passengers to Hospital

A little before 3:30 p.m. this afternoon, a T-Third line collided with a truck, sending "at least a dozen" passengers to the hospital. Word has it "a southbound 18-wheeler at 3rd Street and 22nd Street" rammed into the Muni train. Buses will provide substitute service until the mess is cleaned up. Fourteen People Injured After F-Line Streetcars Collide

A little before 6:30 p.m. last night, two F-line streetcars rammed into each other at The Embarcadero and Washington, sending both operators and four passengers to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Other wounded passengers were treated on the spot. According to Judson True, SFMTA spokesking, "The collision is under investigation."
