Tonight there will an interesting auction, for the Princess Project. It's a Bay Area non-profit that provides prom dresses and accessories to high school girls that could not otherwise afford them. Which sounds kind of not very important but just think about what a special night it will be for those girls who are suddenly able to have a nice dress to the prom. One could argue too, that this would make a great reality show for MTV but who cares about poor people when you can show rich, spoiled sixteen year olds. The auction will feature items from local businesses and will from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., at Dolce in San Francisco....

Christmas is all about boobs. Like that biggest boob of all, Charlie Brown. Tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC, the holiday classic "A Charlie Brown Christmas" airs for the 40th year in a row. We always get a little misty at the end, when Charlie Brown picks that sad, sad tree, and watches in horror as it sags to its apparent death under the weight of a single Christmas ornament. And nothing beats watching......

With Halloween just around the corner, we've been thinking a lot about creepy things, and have been watching a lot of creepy things on TV. Of course some of these creepy TV things aren't SUPPOSED to be creepy, but damned if they don't give us the willies nonetheless. Take "Breaking Bonaduce" (please!) The monster in the jungle on "Lost"? The weekly freaks encountered by the "Supernatural" boys? The when-the-hell-will-they-show-them-already aliens on "Invasion"? None of......
