Our most sincere thank-yous to Socialite Rank for posting this photo of Victoria Traina. The first word that comes to mind is something our good friend passed along to us, from the New York Times Style magazine:

SFist Goes to the Movies
If last week was a downer in terms of new movies, this weekend is definitely not. Basically, this is start of the big run of movies for Christmas/Oscar season so we'll start seeing the big, serious movies. Good thing it's going to rain.
The Daily Show: Not So Much With The Daly
Well, it's come to this. Remember the brouhaha over docking the USS Iowa at Fisherman's Wharf? It was DiFi's idea to send $3 million worth of pork our way. Nevermind pacifist sentiment, the Navy's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy and the fact that floating military museums are a money-losing proposition -- everybody and their mother got on the Supes' case about turning the offer down.
This Week in DVDs
While last week was a veritable snooze in terms of new DVD releases, this week is a DVD potpourri. So much so that it's hard to cover them all. Suffice it to say, any week that features Shrek, Jeff Spicoli, Ali G., Hello Kitty, and James T. Kirk is a pretty good week. And if that's not good enough, this week also features DVD releases of the Three's Company- the Third Season and Too Close for Comfort- the First Season. We know, what more could a person possibly want? We're sure the five fans of Jm J. Bullock are pleased as punch.
