How it should be banned? Because it's will crush your soul? Well, the <a href="http://www.shotgunplayers.org/">Shotgun Players</a> and <a href="http://www.bananabagandbodice.org/">Banana Bag and Bodice</a> ensemble have finally--finally!--made it interesting. They turned the bloody, dreaded hunk of text into a rock opera: <em><a href="http://laughingsquid.com/beowulf-a-thousand-years-of-baggage/">Beowulf: A Thousand Years of Baggage</a></em>. It features a score by <a href="http://www.davemalloy.com/">Dave Malloy</a> and book by Jason Craig; runs through June 15.</p>
