New Video Shows Bryan Stow in Earlier Dodger Stadium Altercation

The ever-vigilante gossip mongers at TMZ have dug up another piece of evidence connected to the assault of Giants fan Bryan Stow on opening day at Dodger Stadium. In a grainy video posted late last night (and embedded below), Stow can be seen having some words with a Dodger fan in the stands at Chavez Ravine. TMZ is calling the confrontation a "verbal altercation", but in the video Stow seems to be indicating that the conversation was one-sided. Hate Crime Charges Dismissed in Attack on Transgender Woman

A San Francisco Superior Court Judge has dismissed the felony hate crime charges brought against two men accused of assaulting a 20-year-old transgender woman at the 16th and Mission BART Plaza back in April. The witness who told reporters she heard one of the fleeing assailants say, "Oh, I hate men dressed up as women", delivered the same testimony before the court during a preliminary hearing yesterday, but Judge Bruce Chan ruled that two suspects will only stand trial for assault, second-degree robbery and violating the victim's civil rights reports KTVU. TMZ, with it's many slimy fingers around Los Angeles, scooped the info from Ramirez' lawyer. Ramirez' arrest came after his parole officer noticed a resemblance to the suspect sketches posted all over town. According to the Examiner, Ramirez' record includes attempted robbery and possession of "composite or hard wooden knuckles". He's also had a few other assault and drug-related charges dismissed, so he's not exactly a model citizen. more ›

Do you know anything about this very real order of fraternity? Then please call SFPD's anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444 now. Also, this brings up a critical question, who would win in a fight: True Brothers or Sureños? Our money is on the latter. (CBS 5) more ›
