In a final blow to the tragic (yet entertaining) life of Anna Nicole Smith, a federal appeals court ruled today that the estate of onetime model/actress/reality show spectacle was "not entitled to a single cent of the millions left behind by her late husband, oil magnate J. Howard Marshall." A 26-year-old Smith, if you recall, met the oil tycoon, then 86, while performing at a Houston strip club, marrying him years later. Smith died of a drug overdose in 2007.
