Some NIMBYs are at home with their cats having quiet little conniption fits right about now because the Planning Commission yesterday voted to approve that 7-11 we mentioned that wanted to come in to the corner of Mission and 30th. We doubt this place will have any real impact on small local coffee sellers, as some feared, but the place will be closed at 1 a.m., reopening at 5 a.m., in order to "discourage business from late-night bar patrons."
