  I agree with Wsanders, seems like this is more anti-Walgreens, or chain stores, than anti-tobacco. If it was actually anti-tobacco, then why not go after all the stores that sell cigarettes, specifically cigarette stores? Additionally, most anti-smoking legislation doesn't seem...
