  yea the night of the 23rd sounded like shots in the lowerr haight but was fireworks. could see them a couple of blocks west from my window at steiner/page. big beautiful, colorful fireworks at 3 am....

  isn't that right at the housing projects? haight and webster has always been where the gun play in the LH goes down. no surprises, but still the LH feels super safe as long as you're not out there buying drugs...
