  About 75% of what I throw away could be composted. When I brought this up to my HOA, they kind of laughed me off. Now at least they'll listen!...

  I saw the commotion when I got home on Sunday and wondered what it was all about. Crossing Webster is legal; crossing Geary is not (you have to go to one of those overpass things). People cross against the lights...
