Billed as a "turn-key craft beer / wine bar," the Noc Noc on Broadway is up for grabs. It looks like the owners of Lower Haight mainstay the Noc Noc are giving up on their second location on Broadway in North Beach after less than two years. The notice went up on Craigslist this week with a sale price of $129,000 for the business, which just got a renovation in the style of its funky and dark, 31-year-old original location back in mid-2015.

Samson Shirakhon and dad Rahman Shirakhon told Hoodline two years ago about their vision for the Noc Noc on Broadway, which had the ability to serve food but they weren't sure they wanted to get too complicated on that front. We heard about the move as it was being planned, and the Shirakhons snatched up the former Antologia Vinoteca space at 515 Broadway.

It seems as though Samson was running the North Beach location day to day, and a survey of Yelp reviews suggests it was well liked but never too crowded.

The 1000-square-foot-space still has two years left on the lease, with another four-year option after that, and the ad boasts the new "custom, decoupaged wood bar and rail seating in the front; handcrafted, upholstered wood booths in the rear; and hardwood flooring throughout." Also, "High walls also provide for potential featured art gallery space."

To be clear, the Noc Noc on Broadway remains open for business.

Given the foot traffic of the neighborhood, chances are it will get snapped up quick.
