Actress and Goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow was just in town, and may still be, and she was Instagramming from several of her destinations on Thursday. SFGate picked up the thread, noting that one photo taken at Petit Crenn showed that she was there with 12-year-old daughter Apple.

Also, they hit up Mister Jiu's for dinner on the occasion of their one-year anniversary, and she remarked, "what a delicious meal." She uses the hashtag #GSpotting because that is the name of her travel app, an offshoot of Goop, that launched in the fall.

The capped off the night with some boba tea from Boba Guys, which she also endorsed as "BOMB." Eater notes that she also went to Cotogna at some point (second dinner?), though for some reason they did not merit an Instagram post. Sad.

And earlier in the day, they were at SFMOMA seeing the Matisse/Diebenkorn show, which Gwyneth declared was "Maybe my favorite show ever."

She hasn't posted anything else today, so maybe this was just a quick trip.

Also via Instagram we learn that last weekend was her son Moses's 11th birthday, and the family was at Legoland California in Carlsbad, where Gwyneth was surprised to find a tofu bao bun. And, a week ago, she was on a trip to Mexico with fellow food blogger Virginie Degryse. Nice life.
