The death toll in Friday's warehouse fire in Oakland stands at 36 with 100 percent of the premises now searched, as KRON 4 reports, and a local state of emergency has been declared in order to free up federal funds to help affected residents and businesses in the area. Meanwhile, KRON 4 also spotted an eerie video uploaded to Instagram by one of the victims in the fire at 10:30 p.m. Friday, just about an hour before the fire broke out.

The video shows a dimly lit and sparsely attended party at that point on the second floor of the Ghost Ship space, with mellow electronic music and bits of laughter in the background.

The man who shot the video, 35-year-old Oakland resident Alex Ghassan, was a filmmaker and father of two, and he died in the blaze along with his 32-year-old girlfriend Hanna Ruax.

In the caption he just says, "Oakland reminds me of #JerseyCity at times," perhaps referring to similar underground event spaces there. Ghassan was from New Jersey, and moved to the Bay Area from New York, where his four-year-old twin daughters still live with their mother.

The video was uploaded at 10:26 p.m., and the fire erupted at 11:20 p.m.

As ABC 7 reports, the names of nine more victims have been released, and the Alameda County coroner has identified 35 of the 36 victims. So far 30 families of victims have been notified.

CBS 5 had earlier reported that one body remains unidentified because it did not have any identification or wallet on it, and did not match the descriptions of anyone on the missing list.

Oakland Police Department spokesperson Johnna Watson assured reporters Wednesday morning that the death toll is now firm and not likely to rise.
