Stanley Roberts's target for passive finger-wagging this weekend over at KRON 4 this week were the many, many tourists (and locals) who hang out sunroofs and car windows, without seatbelts on, to take photos of the Golden Gate Bridge — as well as those on the Bay Bridge. He catches a minivan rolling over the bridge with its side door open as passengers take in the ocean view, and multiple others who could be subject to $157 tickets for not wearing their seatbelt.

He also notes that if you have a minor in the car doing the same thing, it's the adult who gets the ticket and the price rises to over $400.

Stanley was out on the bridge on Friday trying to capture as many scofflaws as possible on video, but of course because this was the busy Golden Gate Bridge, he didn't get to do his usual confrontation at the car window.
