Did you know that free concerts by big-name acts were also happening for Super Bowl Week at the Regency Ballroom? Well, they are, and three just-announced shows for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are free of charge but still require tickets. They are: Thursday, Hunter Hayes (which is sold out after free tickets went online today); Friday, Fall Out Boy (with tickets available here starting tomorrow, Tuesday, February 2); and a Skrillex show on Saturday (with tickets available here starting Wednesday, February 3).

These shows are sponsored by an app called Go90, and require pre-registration and an app download first. Each registration will get entrants a validation code for 2 tickets, provided they are among the first 560 to register.

You'll go here to redeem your code for Fall Out Boy starting Tuesday, and here to redeem your code for Skrillex.

It looks like the Hunter Hayes tickets went up at 5:30 a.m. today, but it's unclear if you'll see them go live after midnight tomorrow and Wednesday, or at 5:30 a.m.

The full offer/registration rules and conditions are here.

Additionally, there are lunchtime concerts at Super Bowl City all week, and free evening shows starting on Wednesday. See the schedule below, and see more up-to-the-minute changes here. And, as mentioned before, you can't go to that Red Hot Chili Peppers show on Saturday unless you know someone, and it looks like the big Metallica show at AT&T Park that night is also sold out.
