Castro bar The Lookout is positioning itself as a brunch destination with a new pop-up starting this Saturday. That's when we'll get a first taste of Soul Delicious, a partnership between Wes Rowe of Wes Burger, Dominique Garcia of Mama Knows Grub, and the Motown on Monday DJs.

Garcia has previously hosted pop-ups at The Lookout serving her fried chicken and other specialties.

The two chefs are going to take turns in the toque with Rowe starting things this week from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Garcia heading it up on June 20. The music will greet you and won't let up, and the plan is to keep it going every week until October.

Eater and Tablehopper snagged the debut menu, which is right here and very tempting.
