Missing person Claudia Gonzales was located last night in the Park district. At 930 pm concerned citizens saw Gonzales sitting inside a restaurant on the 1000 block of Divisadero St, she was cold and lost. They located contact information for her family and notified them of her location. SFPD and SFFD responded. Gonzales was not injured and was reunited with her family

The San Francisco Police Department is seeking the public's help to find an at-risk woman who disappeared from a Mission District care facility on Wednesday.

According to SFPD spokesperson Officer Grace Gatpandan, 37-year-old Claudia Gonzales (pictured above) was reported missing from her care facility in the Mission on February 25.

Gonzales "is considered at risk as she is unable to care for herself," Gatpandan says.

Gonzales is described as Hispanic, with brown hair and brown eyes, She's about five feet tall and weighs around 200 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a purple jacket and jeans.
