"I am not a typical newsman," says KRON4's Stanley Roberts, the man behind SFist's favorite local broadcast segment "People Behaving Badly." "Every day I go out and do the exact same thing that you do. I get in my car, I drive, I go to lunch, I do all these things, and I see the things that bug people."

It's no secret that we here at SFist are big Roberts fans. In fact, we like him so much he even has his own SFist tag, where you'll find stories like the one about Stanley's pet squirrel, Bay to Breakers shenanigans, and a texting Jean Quan.

This weekend, Roberts presented viewers with an all-too-brief clip show containing the first ever People Behaving Badly from way back in 2006, as well as his favorite clips: that nasty biker and that Elmo-shirted guy who called Roberts a lazy fatass.

Yes, those are his favorites, clips where people are really mean to him! In other words, the interactions that would leave the rest of us pissed off and grumbling are, to Roberts, the perks of his profession.

Or, as Roberts puts it, "what I like best" about PBH is the chance to show people "the little small things, the things that bug them, the things that upset them the most."

And, needless to say, to then publicly shame said bug-ers, not just on broadcast TV, but on embeddable, sharable video. Like this one right here!
