Seahorses are cool, and these pigmy seahorses, which spend their lives camouflaged in masses of brightly-colored coral, might be even cooler.

Successfully bred in captivity for the first time at SF's own California Academy of Sciences, researchers have finally able to answer the question of whether the seahorses were born to look like the coral, or if they developed that way.
