You probably know the story by now: As first reported by Hoodline, 33-year old Bo Mounsombath was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor hit and run after a number of witnesses saw her hurtling down Oak Street with a Parking Enforcement Officer clinging to her hood. But now here's the twist: According to Monsoumbath, it's she who was the victim, as the PCO made her a proposal of an indecent kind.

According to Hoodline tipster Allison Yates, Mounsombath passed her near Oak and Octavia Streets on Thursday morning at around 10:15. "I saw her go by and realized there was a guy on the hood on his back, hanging on kind of spread-eagled," Yates said.

San Francisco Police Department spokesperson Officer Albie Esparza confirmed the altercation to Hoodline, saying that the man on the hood, a city-employed PCO, had been writing a parking ticket for Mounsombath when she hopped in to the car and attempted to run the PCO down. Esparza said that the PCO "had to jump onto the vehicle in order to avoid being run over." His wild ride continued even as Mounsombath allegedly struck a motorcyclist, and didn't end until SFPD stopped her at Market and Octavia.

According to Mounsombath, though, she never intended to run anyone over, and was just trying to get away from a man who, because of the remarks he'd made to her, she believed wasn't a real meter maid.

Mounsombath speaking with KRON4, says "I had stopped many times and he wouldn't get off," which Yates confirms in a comment on Hoodline, saying that "The driver actually got out of her car at least once to stand in the street and scream about how scared she was...I have NO idea why the DPT guy did not get off the car when it was stopped."

The PCO, Mounsombath says, "asked me to do things instead of getting a parking citation, which led me to believe he was posing as a meter maid. Do things, sexually, and I panicked."

According to Hoodline commenter "codyfunk" — and acknowledging that internet comments are frequently worth exactly what you pay to read them, so grain of salt — "This parking guy is notorious He's incredibly aggressive, screams at people, people I know have seen him spit at people/cars, hit cars, etc."

Though both the PCO and the motorcyclist were unharmed in the pursuit, Mounsombath is still suffering, saying Monday that “I was terrified. I’m still terrified.”

"I was sexually harassed then had a man jump on my car. I never tried to run that meter maid over. It’s clear I’m at a stop in the pic and I made several stops."
