Tonight at Quince, the scheduled dinner in celebration of the restaurant's tenth anniversary featuring guest chefs Jonathan Waxman, Nancy Silverton, and Chad Colby, has been revised in light of the death of their friend Judy Rodgers; it will now be a tribute menu to her.

As Quince announced late yesterday, there are still tables available for the event, and Waxman and Silverton, along with restaurant owners Lindsay and Michael Tusk, decided it was only appropriate to honor Rodgers and prepare several dishes inspired by her signatures at Zuni Cafe. (In case you had not heard, Rodgers passed away on Monday night at the age of 57 after a year-long battle with a rare appendix cancer.) The seven-course menu is $250 per person, exclusive of tax, gratuity, or beverages, and proceeds will benefit the UCSF Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Below, the planned menu.
