We're getting word this morning that a cyclist is in serious condition after a hit and run in the Tenderloin. "A vehicle, described as a white four-door sedan, struck the bicyclist in the 400 block of Hyde Street, which is near Ellis, at about 3:45 a.m.," reports SF Appeal. "The suspect vehicle may have front-end damage."

No arrests have been made.

Update: According to SFGate, the cyclist was drunk or something and that "[t]he exact details of what happened are not clear." He sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
