A brutal stabbing occurred in the wee hours of Sunday morning that we're just now learning about. The victim, a male of undisclosed age, was near 22nd and Mission around 3:50 a.m. when two men in their 20s came up behind him, stabbed him twice, and took his wallet and cell phone.
The crime is significant for how violent it was, just being a simple mugging.
He was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, and the two suspects remain at large.
