A 29-year-old man became the victim of one unchill dude with a knife at an Upper Haight house party late Sunday night. According to Bay City News, the victim, who was probably the life of the party before this all went down, was leaving the party at Page and Ashbury when he was attacked by a suspect demanding he hand over the backpack full of marijuana he was carrying.
When the party's weed guy-turned-victim refused to hand over his stash, the suspect slashed him in the throat before taking off. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he is expected to survive. No word yet on what happened to his backpack, but if anyone out there happened to be at the aforementioned house party, they are encouraged to call the Police Department's anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444 or via text message to TIP411 because the SFPD is easier to get ahold of than your weed dealer these days.
