If you thought knife crimes were relegated to the Mission or the Tenderloin, think again. A man was stabbed in the city's elite Pacific Heights neighborhood on Wednesday night "after confronting another man over a debt owed to him," reports SF Appeal. The incident, near the intersection of Franklin and Vallejo, happened at around 11:25 p.m.

It seems that the victim, driving his car, spotted the suspect while and got out to confront him about the money owed. "The suspect then stabbed the victim in the chest with a folding knife and fled." The victim was whisked to a nearby hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect was later found and arrested.
