Aw. Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi, facing allegations of domestic violence against his wife, Eliana Lopez, was granted visitation rights to his young son. Which is a good thing. The wee one must miss his pop regardless of what's he's allegedly done. Anyway, a judge approved an arrangement between Mirkarimi and Lopez where the Sheriff can see his son for two hours each weekday and up to six hours each weekend.

"I get to see my son. I can't tell you how excited and grateful I am," Mirkarimi said. "I'm just so excited to see my son, I'm going to gobble him up." The embattled Sheriff went on to show off a toy fire truck he'd purchased for his son.

If yo recall, Mirkarimi was pinched on Jan. 13, charged with "misdemeanor domestic violence battery, child endangerment, and dissuading a witness."
