Although he's still got a long struggle in front of him, congratulations are in order for Bryan Stow and family. According to his physicians, the assaulted Giants Fan has been making "dramatic progress" in the past month and he was released from San Francisco General Hospital this afternoon. Despite all that progress, Stow isn't heading home just yet — he'll be heading to a rehabilitation facility where he can continue working towards being able to walk on his own.

The Stow family requested the name of the rehab center remain private for now while Bryan gets his strength back and his neurosurgery team from S.F. General promised to follow up with him as he progresses. Last month, Stow saw the sun for the first time since his original doctors in Los Angeles induced a coma. At the time, Stow declared it, "magicial."
