California Highway Patrol confirmed on Wednesday that there was evidence that 15-year-old missing Danville teen, Allison Bayliss, committed suicide. Allison had been reported missing on Monday when her family found her bike parked near the Golden Gate Bridge.

Allison reportedly left a suicide note, along with notes to friends and family. CHP said she was seen on the bridge at about 10 a.m. on Monday but was never spotted leaving it.

Allison, who was described as a role model and high-achiever, held a 4.0 GPA, was a record-breaking swimmer, and trained as a runner.

There will be a public celebration of Allison's life this Monday, May 30, at 2 p.m. at the Community Presbyterian Church in Danville on El Pintado Road. People are asked to wear blue and to bring photos or other memorabilia that will be added to the family scrap book.
