San Francisco's something-for-everyone summer music festival announced their artist lineup this morning and it's not too far off from some of January's early predictions. The schedule isn't out yet, but your 2011 Headliners are: Muse, Phish (who apparently need to specify that they will be noodling along for two whole sets), and Arcade Fire. So we've got a Glenn Beck favorite, a double-dose of self-indulgent jamming and a Grammy winner - that should pretty much cover all the bases. A full list of artists announced this morning, including some local bands and festival alumni after the jump.

Among the big names, The Black Keys will play their second shot at Outside Lands while Deadmau5, MGMT, Girl Talk, !!! and the Decemberists are all big draws pillaged from Treasure Island Festival lineups of years past. On the local level we spotted: Best Coast, Vetiver, the Limousines, Tamaryn, the Fresh & Onlys and Ty Segall all making the bill, which also has the guys at local music blog TheBayBridged excited. Meanwhile, those of you thinking of shelling out to see two sets of Trey Anstasio making guitarfaces with Phish will probably be able to get your money's worth by checking out John Fogerty, the Original Meters or the Greyboy Allstars.
