After 17 protesters were arrested last week during UC Berkeley's Wheeler Hall occupation, 14 were smacked with misdemeanor charges on Monday. "Eleven protesters were charged on a single count of trespassing by the Alameda County District Attorney's Office, reports Daily Cal. "Three were charged on both trespassing and obstructing a peace officer, after allegedly having to be carried out of Wheeler Hall by the police in order to be arrested."
