While San Francisco continues to wage war on all ages shows, a lot of youth-oriented bands and tours seem to pass on playing the city entirely and end up hitting Sacramento on their way towards the Northwest. Leave it to locals Set Your Goals to remind the city that the youth are alive, well, and ready to leap off of anything nailed to the ground at DNA Lounge on Sunday night.

Joining them are Australian imports and SYG labelmates Parkway Drive, as well The Ghost Inside, The Warriors, and Gravemaker. These bands may not be Noise Pop Fest material, but will no doubt turn up the mosh and bring the kids out on a school night.

Set Your Goals hail from Walnut Creek and originally started as a melodic, fun side project kind of band and, like so many bands intended to be just for fun, caught on with the kids and blew up beyond anyone's expectations. The band self-released their Reset ep, which ended up getting them signed to Eulogy Recordings, who re-released Reset as well as their first full length, Mutiny.
