For the next seven years, as a new Transbay Terminal is constructed, commuters gathering at the temporary, mostly al fresco transit hub downtown will be going without restrooms -- or just finding a discreet spot, Dolores Park-style. Greyhound passengers are allowed a restroom, and AC Transit workers have a toilet there, but no one else.
