The questionnaire being given to potential jurors in the Los Angeles County trial of former BART cop Johannes Mehserle has come to light, and most of the questions come down to "Do you hate cops?" and "Are you racist?" Also of note, "List any subject matter or genre in reading materials, television programs or movies that you try to avoid." Mehserle is standing trial, as we're sure all of you know, for the New Year's 2009 shooting of Oscar Grant at Fruitvale BART. Jury selection in the trial begins on June 8 in Los Angeles County Superior Court. [CBS 5]
