MondayNightForePlays.jpg VARIETY SHOW: Tonight is the premiere of PianoFight's Monday Night ForePlays, a female-driven variety show that will run every Monday through November 23. Consisting of comedy sketches, original dance numbers, a rotating line-up of musical acts, and special additions ranging from burlesque acts to comedians, the shows will feature "a titillating collection of comedic sketches touching on performance anxiety, bodily functions, relationships, robots, office politics, writers block and sex."

FESTIVAL: Bring mementos and candles (in glass containers) to honor your loved ones at the 26th Annual Día de los Muertos. The procession begins at 24th and Bryant Streets and ends at Garfield Park at 26th and Harrison Streets for the Festival of Altars, which includes art, music, and performances.

7 to 11:30 p.m. // 24th & Bryant, 26th & Harrison // free, donations accepted

MUSIC: The gothic, bawdy, and operatic Tiger Lillies bring their cabaret pop sound, which was once described as "Surrealist Pornography," to the Great American tonight. Vinsantos opens.
