Walking around SoMa this afternoon has been downright delightful. Only two drivers have tried to run me over instead of the normal ten.
Question: what happens to the cars already on the bridge? Do they shut the road at the last exit and let everyone who's on it file slowly past the broken bit, or what?
Haha, yes. Bike the bridge! CM tried it one labor day, but if there was something official that'd be great! Two lanes-- one for riding, one a buffer. I suppose if it were official the police would insist on a ton of road markings and signs, making it more expensive than just a quick ride. Shame.
