Presumably due in part to this morning's weather, CBS 5 is saying that "[t]he CHP reports a fatal accident has closed Highway 1 at Devil's Slide.
Reports are coming in that an accident, reported a little before 8 a.m., resulted in the death of one person. No word yet on when Highway will reopen; however, KRON 4 guesses "in about an hour."
