Everyone's soon-to-be favorite, Bay-Area-based NBC drama featuring a helicopter-trauma-unit is looking for extras! [Ed. Note: Your SFist Editors will be LIVE-BLOGGING the Trauma premiere this coming Monday evening, because yes, we are that dorky.] Yes, that's right, you too could get bloodied up in some crazy, action-packed, group scene like the one they shot at Duboce Park, or the one they shot at the Embarcadero market. Particularly swell for the unemployed who always wondered who had time to go be a random extra on a TV show, we recommend this job to anyone who doesn't mind waking up early and standing around a lot. Check out Beau Bonneau Casting for more info.

Bonneau Casting's website resizes your browser to the maximum size for site content that fits in like, a little box. Seriously, it's like a little sidebar and a small content box but they need YOUR WHOLE MONITOR. Let's hope Trauma is better at hiring their people than Bonneau is at hiring web developers.
BTW since these 'tards see fit to put umpteen layers of "where the fuck is it?" into the process, here's the URL for the extras roles that I found:

That cast shot looks so fucking pretentious. Sigh, and I'll probably still catch at least an episode just to trip on the background scenery.
my favorite is mr. maroon. i predict he's the "gruff but lovable" doctor who may get on everyone's bad side, but he really holds the whole thing together.
1) White dude, second from the left, hits on far left blonde and center brunette; fails every time in comedic fashion.
2) Black dude: funny jokester who can step up to the plate when the pressure's on.
3) Center white dude w/ aviator glasses: More charismatic from second to the left white dude; still a bro, but smart enough to write romance plot lines for.
Center white dude is actually Center Maori dude
The pretentious ad campaign for this thing really sucks. But I also talked to a friend in LA who's seen bit and pieces of it, and they report that yeah, it's kinda cheezy.
However, this is why I like Sfist, as I will watch along with the live blogging and have a far better entertainment experience than me just watching the backgrounds for shots of Our Fair City.
If it's anything like Mercy, well....ugh. Mercy sucked. Heroes kinda sucked, and NBC in general just seems to be riding the TV failwhale.
Comeunity with Joel HcHale and Chevy Chase isn’t that bad.
It’s not as good as Glee on Fox...but it ain't crap.
A friend of mine is working on this thing. He says that it going to really suck. But it's bringing in a crazy amount of business to the bay area in the middle of a depressed film economy. He's depressed about the chances of getting to a second season. . .
I guess they've been filming in my 'hood. I've been tempted to mess with their sign that appears to direct people to "TRAUMA -->" (Waller @ Masonic).
