It looks like the person who took the photo waited for the right time to show the fewest amount of cars on Octavia.
Still, it's the most amount of cars I've ever seen in a planning illustration, so that's a good thing.

anybody know why there was/is a really loud black helicopter patrolling my neighborhood (lower haight) to UCSF all morning...kind of been hovering above my building since 7am...neighbors in windows pointing at the sky...
