Settle down, it's called self deprecation. Ever seen those shows on ESPN-2 with massive guys from Finland and Sweden heaving 50 gallon drums around and dragging 18 wheelers from their testicles?
Stringing a tire off your back and running down the street comes in a close second.
This was a pretty standard strength/speed/endurance exercise we used to do for track and field and football in high school...although who knows, if VW Beetles were available for us to attempt to lift-and-carry like Bjorn, maybe they would have had us do that instead.
All the same, a weird use of Sunday Streets.
